Joint Congress of FBE and CCBE in Sofia in the period from June 22 to June 25 2022

In the period from June 22 to June 25, 2022, the Sofia Bar Association together with the Supreme Bar Council will host a Joint Congress of the Federation of European Bar Associations (FBE) and the Union of Advocates and Lawyers Societies of Europe (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe - CCBE).

Defending the principle of non-identification of the lawyer with the client, innovation and digitalization in legal work - advantages and disadvantages of e-justice and the need for direct and trusting relationship with the client, the role of the lawyer and the legal profession in determining public attitudes and social responsibility and the legal profession in landmark lawsuits - these will be some of the main highlights in the work of the upcoming joint congress of the FBE and CCBE.

The Congress provides an opportunity for Bulgarian lawyers and law firms to contact foreign lawyers, with representatives of the most influential law organizations and lawyers, to share the experience of leading foreign lawyers.

For Bulgarian lawyers there is a preferential price for participation in the working sessions (option 3 on the site), but all Bulgarian lawyers can take advantage of other options for participation by paying for full participation in the congress (option 1) or for the accompanying events (options 2 and 4).
